Status: Hourly, Non-Exempt
Rate of Pay: $25 – $29/h ($52,000 – $60,320 annually)
Location: Vancouver, WA main office
FT or PT: 40 hours/week; Mon – Fri
Job Summary
The Construction Transaction Coordinator supports the sales and vertical construction departments by overseeing the distribution and filing of documents from lot start to buyer closing. This position facilitates collaborative relationships between Holt Homes team members and outside parties with integrity, courtesy, and character.

Qualifications
• Minimum of two years of combined experience in real estate, title/escrow, and production builder.
• Proficient knowledge of Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
• Potential remote workday after mandatory 90 day in-office training, decided by manager

• Ability to learn new software and programs quickly
• Excellent communication, both verbal and written, in the English language
• Organize, multitask, prioritize, and complete tasks in an efficient manner

Responsibilities
• Generate Customer Information Sheet for every new sale from Holt sales platform
• Update lot starts in sales platform
• Review Job Performance Projections against contract details for each sales transaction
• File all buyer deposits from Title/Escrow and Design Partners
• Distribute inventory selections and/or updates to appropriate internal and external parties/partners
• Distribute signed addendums to appropriate internal and external parties/partners
• Support field staff with questions/concerns regarding sold and inventory home upgrades/changes
• Distribute and file all sales terminations
• Maintain the following for all assigned communities
– Maintain Holt’s vertical project filing system
– Document upload to Holts Purchasing platform
– Sales Document Distribution -inter departmental & outside partners
– New Home Sales distribution
– Inventory selection distribution
– Agent & Field Staff Assignment Tracker
• Other duties as needed or assigned
Work Environment
Regularly uses a computer with repeated movements to enter data, differentiate between colors, shades, and brightness, and read from a screen for extended periods of time
