Rate of Pay: $25.00 – $33.00/h ($52,000 – $68,640 annually)
Location: Vancouver, WA main office
FT or PT: 40 hours/week; Mon – Fri

 

Job Summary

The Home Sales Transaction Coordinator supports the Sales department by overseeing sales transactions from start to finish with a customer-first mindset. This position facilitates collaborative relationships between Holt Homes team members and outside parties with integrity, courtesy, and character.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Minimum of two years of combined experience in real estate, title, and/or escrow support
  • Active Real Estate License, or willing to obtain license within 180 days of hire
  • Proficient knowledge of Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
  • Experience working with a CRM
  • Potential remote work after mandatory in-office training, decided by manager
  • Ability to work regularly scheduled weekends

Responsibilities

  • Generate Sales Contracts from the Purchase Submittal Forms for assigned communities.
  • Manage contract-related communications/contract trafficking between buyers and/or co-op agents.
  • Submit Buyer signed contracts to Internal Deal Review team.
  • Generate and traffic counteroffers (if required) and accepted deals for signature.
  • Open escrow upon mutual acceptance, and provide title information/earnest money due date to Co-Ops/Buyers.
  • Generate and obtain signatures of any of required addendums.
  • Distribute signed addendums to appropriate internal and external parties/partners.
  • Digitally file all contractual documents in Skyslope.
  • Consistent follow up and follow through with tasks relating to the transaction.
  • Verify transactions are on track for contract closing date.
  • Communicate, aid, and address any concerns/questions with Buyers, agents, lenders, escrow officers, and other parties involved in the transaction (internally, and externally).
  • Process any required closing documents (i.e., home warranty enrollment).
  • Maintain the following for all assigned communities
  • Holt’s digital filing system in Skyslope
  • Sales Transaction Trackers in Smartsheet
  • Contingent Home (part of the Sales Transaction Tracker)
  • Current Deals Tracker
  • Monthly Closing Tracker
  • Closing Date Recast Report
  • Update the appropriate MLS with status changes (Pending, Sold).
  • Update the appropriate MLS with price changes.
  • Other duties as assigned

Work Environment

  • Regularly uses a computer with repeated movements to enter data, differentiate between colors, shades, and brightness, and read from a screen for extended periods of time
